Refund policy

Return & Cancellation Policy (personalised products only)

Please note: we sell exclusively personalised products manufactured specifically for you based on your design. These items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal and returns or cancellations are not possible after ordering. Please check your design (files, texts, colours, dimensions) carefully before placing your order.


Production errors, damage or wrong item

Did your order arrive damaged, does it contain a print/production error, or did you receive the wrong item? We will resolve this via reprint, replacement or refund (depending on the situation).

  • Report within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos and your order number.
  • Send your report to info@gebrvandermeulen.nl.
  • After review you will receive instructions. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and, if necessary, a return label.

Non-returnable

Because every product is made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason (e.g. change of mind, typo in design, wrong size or colour choice). Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.


How to submit a report

  1. Email info@gebrvandermeulen.nl with your order number, a brief description and photos.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions. Shipments sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return address (only if requested by us): Stationsplein 45, 4th floor A4.004, 3013 AK Rotterdam.

Refund (approved claims only)

After review we will let you know whether your claim has been approved. If approved, we will process a reprint/replacement or a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days after our approval, please contact us at info@gebrvandermeulen.nl.
