What is the minimum order quantity?

You can order from as little as 1 piece. There is no minimum order requirement.

How long does production take?

Once we receive your approved print file, we get started straight away. Production time is 3–4 business days. Shipping follows (1–2 business days within NL/BE). Total delivery time is typically 5–7 business days.

What file format do I need?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS or PNG/JPG at a minimum of 150 dpi at actual size. Please ensure text is converted to outlines. Read our complete file submission guide for all details.

What do you mean by double-sided print?

Our double-sided flags consist of two separate layers of flag fabric, printed individually and sewn together with an opaque interlining (black-out). This ensures the design is clearly visible and legible from both sides. More information: Single or Double-Sided?

Can I upload my existing logo or design?

Yes, you can upload your own file via the product configurator on the product page. Our designers check every file for print readiness.

What if my file does not meet the requirements?

Our prepress team checks every file. If there are any issues, we will contact you before production starts.

Are your flags suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. We use 115 g/m² UV-resistant polyester flag fabric that withstands sun, rain and wind. With normal use, flags last multiple seasons. More information: Lifespan and Care.

How can I pay?

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Bancontact and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-secured.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders of €60 or more. For orders below €60 we charge a standard shipping rate of €6.95. Orders to other EU countries are shipped via PostNL International.

Can I place a rush order?

Please contact us via the contact form with your required delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate. Please note that the minimum production time is 3–4 business days after receipt of an approved file.

How should I wash or care for my flag?

Wash the flag at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate or hand-wash cycle. Do not use bleach. Hang to dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the printed surface. More tips: Lifespan and Care.

Are the colours exactly the same as on my screen?

Dye-sublimation printing on polyester produces vibrant, beautiful results, but there may be a slight variation compared to RGB screen colours. This is inherent to the print process. For brand-colour accuracy, we recommend supplying Pantone or RAL references.

Can I receive an invoice for business orders?

Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an invoice by email. At checkout, you can enter your company name and VAT number. For specific invoicing requirements, please contact us via our contact form.

What is the return policy?

Because flags are custom-made, they cannot be returned unless there is a production defect. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will always resolve this properly.
