How It Works
Order your own custom flag in three simple steps.
Step 1 — Choose your product & size
Select the desired size and mounting method (mast, wall, base). Have questions about which size best suits your situation? Send us a message via the contact form.
Step 2 — Upload your design
Upload your own logo, artwork or design file via our product configurator. We accept PDF, AI, EPS and high-resolution PNG/JPG (min. 150 dpi). Our prepress team checks every file for print readiness and will contact you if any adjustments are needed.
Step 3 — Production & delivery
Once we receive your approved file, we start production immediately (3–4 business days). Your order is then shipped and you will receive a Track & Trace code.
File Specifications
- Format: PDF, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG
- Resolution: minimum 150 dpi at actual size
- Colour mode: CMYK (recommended) or RGB
- Text: convert to outlines/curves
- Bleed: 5 mm all around
