It's simpler than you think
Ordering a personalised flag may sound complicated, but it's much easier than you'd expect. In this article we walk you through the entire ordering process step by step — from the first sketch to the flag arriving at your door.
Step 1: Choose your product
Browse our product collection and choose the flag type that suits you. We supply facade flags in two versions:
- Single-sided print — one side printed, mirror image on the back. Ideal for indoors or when the flag is always viewed from one direction.
- Double-sided print — two printed layers with a blackout cloth in between. Identical design on front and back. The best choice for outdoors and B2B applications.
Choose your size based on your location and the desired effect. Read our size guide if you're unsure.
Step 2: Prepare your file
Once you've chosen your product, prepare your design file for print. If you already have a logo or design, it's mostly a matter of checking:
- Use a vector file (PDF, AI or EPS) for sharp results — or a high-resolution PNG/JPG (minimum 150 dpi at actual size)
- Convert text to outlines/curves in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
- Use CMYK colours for the most accurate colour reproduction
- Allow a 5 mm bleed area all around

Step 3: Place your order and upload your file
Add the product to your cart, go through checkout and upload your design file with your order. You can also add a note or colour description — useful if you want to match a specific Pantone colour.
Pay securely via iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and more. After payment you'll immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Step 4: We produce — you receive
Once your order comes in, we check your file for technical quality. If any adjustments are needed, we'll contact you. Your flag then goes straight into production.
Our delivery times:
- Production: 3–4 working days after receipt of your file
- Shipping NL: 1–2 working days (free from €60)
- Shipping EU: 2–4 working days (free from €75)
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way.
